Our Story

KMD Group is a boutique property development and design company with offices in Toronto, Canada and San Jose, Costa Rica.

The firm’s CEO is Katia Marten, who has a background in architecture and design through her firm KMA Design in Costa Rica- an architecture firm that she founded more than 30 years ago in the country.

Now based out of Canada, Katia has started a property development firm in Toronto. She is constantly intrigued by the Canadian real estate and design industries. At KMD Group, we are working closely with qualified professionals and consultants to offer one of a kind spaces. Spaces that are unique, customized and most of all beautiful and functional.
